Rates

• RR Starr Cabins - NEW
• 3 small cabins which are RR II, RR III, and RR IV rent for $135 / night.
• 2 larger cabins are RR VI and RR VII and rent for $155 / night
• Log Cabin - NEW
• $185.00 per night up to 6 people
• $7.00 per additional person, per night up to 8 people
• Currently being newly remodled and it will be ready by spring break.
• RV Sites - NEW
• $38/night for 6 people
• $7/per additional person over the age of 3, per night, up to 8 people
• Deer Park Lodge - NEW
• $195.00 per night up to 4 people
• $7.00 per additional person, per night up to 8 people
• Mountain Side 1 and 2
• $155.00 per night up to 4 people
• $7.00 per additional person, per night up to 6 people
• Iron Horse Cabins 1 & 2
• $135.00 per night up to 4 people
• $7.00 per additional person, per night up to 8 people

Reservation policies.

• All reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis
• There is a two night minimum stay on weekdays and a 3 night minimum stay on holiday weekends
• A non-refundable deposit of one night’s stay charged to a credit card is required to hold a reservation
• You will be responsible for  the number of nights you book
• The person making the reservation is responsible for any damages made to the premises by any person in your party
• There are no refunds to early departure or inclement weather
• Should you have to cancel for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible

Rental Policies:

• Check in is at 3:00p.m. and check out is at 11:00a.m.
• No smoking in homes or cabins. There will be a $250 cleanup fee if guests smoke inside the cabins.
• No pets. There will be a $250 fee if guests bring pets inside the cabins.
• No ATV’s
• No loud noise or music-quiet time after 11:00p.m.
• No cutting firewood-firewood is available for purchase at the office
• No littering-trash cans are provided outside each rental
• Homes and cabins must be left as you found them
• Towels and bed linens are NOT provided
• A $20.00 housekeeping fee will be applied for unwashed dishes or inside trash not placed in outside trash container

Cancelation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable regardless of the reason. Absolutely no refunds due to inclement weather. You are responsible for the number of nights you book and there will not be any changes made once you make a reservation. You may lengthen your stay if the dates are available but you may not shorten your stay. If you have to cancel you must give 7 days notice or you will be charged the entire stay. If we can rebook your dates then you would only be responsible for the dates we were unable to rebook. There is absolutely NO tolerance for NO SHOWS. If you are a NO SHOW you WILL be charged for the entire stay and you will not be allowed to stay with us again.
